Family Ninja Open Play

Our 1st Family Ninja open play session.

Cost is $15 per person, bookings are essential as the numbers are limited.

Term 3 Kids Training Programs


GBOT Kids classes are for children aged 8 years + over and run in conjunction with the school terms.

We are excited to host our first ever adult Ninja competition.
This event is part of The Ninja Games and will be a “State Qualifier”.

Entries are open to all males/females over the age of 18.

Both Male/Female categories & prizes will be awarded to the Top 3, in each category.

Cost is $25.00 per participant.

Need Motivation? Want results? Then this is for you! Our FIT 4 LIFE CHALLENGE includes:

Healthy eating guide, 2 x body composition scans, unlimited classes from our timetable, indoor & outdoor sessions, prizes for winning entrant. Next program starts Monday 3rd September 2018 2018 Cost is $195.00 upfront.

The Barbell Club (Resistance Training using barbells,
dumbells & kettlebells

Expressions of interest are now being taken for our next program to start in September. Cost is $595.00 for 12 weeks.
Commitment required: We recommend training at least twice a week to gain maximum benefit from the program.

Session options:
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 7.00am – 7.45am.
Monday & Thursdays 5.00pm – 5.45pm.

A maximum of 8 people provides personal training at an affordable cost in a motivating training environment. Payment can be upfront or via weekly direct debit.
