Term 2 Kids Training Programs
Term 1 classes are now fully booked.
Bookings for Term 2 will open mid March.
Our kids classes are for Years 3-9 and run in conjunction with the school terms. We have a range of kids training programs available for Mini Ninjas all the way up to Tweens and Teens.
Obstacle Training (Tough Mudder/Spartan Race)
Obstacle Training sessions are ongoing all year. Please see timetable for session times.
Sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7-8pm & Saturdays 8.30-9.30am. Cost: $15 per casual session.
The Barbell Club (Resistance Training using barbells,
dumbells & kettlebells
Our next program starts: Monday 5th February. Cost is $595.00 for 12 weeks.
Commitment required: We recommend training at least twice a week to gain maximum benefit from the program.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 7.00am – 7.45am.
Monday & Thursdays 5.00pm – 5.45pm.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12.00pm – 12.45pm
A maximum of 8 people provides personal training at an affordable cost in a motivating training environment. Payment can be upfront or via weekly direct debit.
