Metafit is a 30 minute workout that lasts 24 hours. It combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

All fitness levels are welcome to attend, as the exercises can be scaled to suit. The fitter you are, the more exhausted you should be at the end though, as you can achieve more ballistic, powerful movements.

Metafit combines core (active recovery), strength, speed and power, with a focus on technique, range of motion and intensity.

To burn fat you need to change your resting metabolism.
Metafit does this by working big muscle groups with simple un-choreographed moves using high intensity intervals.

Metafit is not a home workout or available on DVD.

Jase is a qualified Metafit Coach and will instruct you through the variety of movements.
