Bodyweight exercises are also included to maximise your workout experience.

Our state of the art Bike Erg’s, from Concept 2, are not your average spin bike. With more resistance. our 45 minute Bike Erg classes can be categorised as high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), but with low impact. Great for those with any lower limb joint problems.
Metafit is a 30 minute workout that lasts 24 hours. It combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) techniques to set the metabolism on fire!
All fitness levels are welcome to attend, as the exercises can be scaled to suit. The fitter you are, the more exhausted you should be at the end though, as you can achieve more ballistic, powerful movements.
Metafit combines core (active recovery), strength, speed and power, with a focus on technique, range of motion and intensity.

MetaPWR is a forty-five minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises, to develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.
This 45 minute class will teach you the correct techniques of different, kettlebell exercises & how to maximise the kettlebell, as a strength training tool. The focus is on full range of motion, proper form & breaking down each specific kettlebell exercise. This is opten followed by a targeted kettlebell exercise, workout.
A 30 minute session, that will work your core strength. Exercises will aim to target all the muscles from between the knees and shoulders, both anterior (front) & posterior (back).
