Our 12 Week Strength & Conditioning Program can be utilised anywhere and anytime.
It is an Online Training Program that incorporates 3 workouts per week.
The Program includes multiple fitness & strength testing days, so you can gauge progress and strive for improvement.
Some equipment is needed but all exercises can be modified to suit your fitness level and altered, depending what equipment, you have access to.
You are remotely Coached throughout the 12 weeks and all communication is via the Online Training Platform.
